The course is designed to guide professionals in the field through the myriad of new and revised regulations promulgated by the SEC and MSRB. The course will address the concept of fiduciary duty and integrate key definitions (what is advice, what is a municipal entity, what is a municipal financial product). Like all of Innova’s courses, it will be highly engaging, while at the same time providing critical information needed by the actual business persons who carry out the regulated activities.
